1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or using any services provided by Professional Cleaning Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Professional Cleaning Service (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Use of Service
Professional Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services as agreed upon
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client of Professional Cleaning Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information and property access details
- Ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled service time
- Secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or personal belongings prior to service
- Inform us of any special conditions, hazards, or requirements at the property
- Ensure pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area during service
- Provide adequate notice (at least 24 hours) for any cancellations or rescheduling
- Make timely payment for services rendered according to agreed-upon terms
- Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or termination of service.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professional Cleaning Service shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
- Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed prior to service
- Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings
- Damage caused by defective fixtures, surfaces, or materials in the property
- Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, collectibles, or other valuables left unsecured
- Any claims exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
Our liability is limited to re-cleaning the affected area or refunding the proportional cost of that specific portion of service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of services and potential legal action to recover amounts owed.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service amount.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Professional Cleaning Service reserves the right to immediately terminate service if:
- The client breaches any terms of this agreement
- Payment is not received as agreed
- The property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Our staff experiences harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- We determine that continuing service is not in our best interest
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our staff is trained to maintain professional discretion. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
Professional Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Professional Cleaning Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
